Terms and Conditions for Suppliers
We are looking for a wide range of products that can be demonstrated on air - preferably by a guest provided by you, the supplier, or by our own team of presenters.
At Chartit we pride ourselves on offering quality entertainment products, gifts and gadgets that have a story to tell, that are not widely available in the marketplace, and that offer customer benefits at an affordable price. We then use the filmed material to broadcast on a variety of channels on the Sky Platform, as well as on our website (www.chartit.co.uk).Naturally we cannot tell you how your product will be accepted by our viewing audience - what we promise is to present it in the most compelling persuasive and professional manner, the level of sale is simply down to whether or not the viewer wants your proposition.
For this reason all our stock is purchased specifically for the purpose of being filmed for broadcast and the website, is on a Sale or Return basis.
You will receive a purchase order for an agreed quantity and those goods must be delivered into our warehouse before the product is featured on air. Alternatively we may agree for goods to be ‘fenced’ which is putting an agreed quantity in allocation for us, which we draw down on when required.
Any stock remaining will be returned to you for full credit. You must, of course, also accept back customer returns.
Whilst we offer customers a 30-day money back return (within which goods can be returned for any reason), you must still comply with crediting us for returns outside of this time period which are covered by statutory law.
